Pune, April 10 (SO News/Agency) Royal Challengers Bangalore defeated Mumbai Indians by 7 wickets in the eighteenth match of IPL 2022. This is Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB)’s third win in the current season while Mumbai Indians suffered their fourth straight defeat. Faf du Plessis was caught by Surya Kumar Yadav off Jaydev Unaddict. The RCB captain scored 16 runs off 24 balls with the help of a four. This is Bengaluru’s third win in 4 matches.

Young opening batsman Anuj Rawat scored 66 runs off 47 balls not out. Anuj hit two fours and six sixes in his innings. He shared an 80-run partnership with Virat Kohli for the second wicket. Earlier, Surya Kumar Yadav’s unbeaten 68 off 37 balls helped Mumbai Indians post a challenging score of 151 for 6 after stumbling in the middle overs. Surya Kumar hit five fours and six sixes in his not out half-century innings. He scored particularly well against Mohammad Siraj, who scored 51 runs without a hit in his quota of four overs.
