Earlier, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave Sheikh Hasina a warm welcome on her arrival at Rashtrapati Bhavan. Later, the visiting leader inspected the guard of honor of the joint forces of the three forces. After that, Sheikh Hasina went to Rajghat where she paid homage at the Samadhi of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. A bilateral summit between PM Modi and Sheikh Hasina will be held at Hyderabad House in which several important agreements will be signed to enhance mutual cooperation. In the evening, Sheikh Hasina will meet President Draupadi Murmu and Vice President Jagdeep Dhunkhar.

Sheikh Hasina and members of her delegation will visit the shrine of Khawaja Moinuddin Chishti in Ajmer on Thursday before returning home. The visiting leaders arrived in New Delhi on Monday. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar had a goodwill meeting with him yesterday evening. Sheikh Hasina visited the Dargah of Hazrat Nizamuddin Auliya last evening.
