Butter – one tablespoon

Corn-boiled two bowls

Garlic paste – one teaspoon

Chicken – 250 grams boneless cut

Chicken stock – 4 cups

Water – 2 to 3 cups

Salt – as per taste

Black pepper – ½ teaspoon

Soy sauce – one tablespoon

Vinegar – 2 tbsp

Cornflour – 4 tbsp

Egg white – 3 pcs

Add butter in a frying pan then add garlic paste and cook for a minute, now add chicken and cook until it changes color.

Add chicken stock and water and bring to a boil. Add salt and black pepper and mix. Then add soy sauce and vinegar and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.

Finally, add a little water to the cornflour and add it to the soup, but keep mixing it at the same time. Finally, add the boiled corn and egg whites with a continuous spoon. And now serve the hot soup to the family.
